GDPR aims to unify the protection of personal data throughout the European Union and came into effect on May 25, 2018.

Every company works with personal data, and Kralupol is no exception.

On behalf of Kralupol, we would like to assure you that we have been paying attention to GDPR requirements for a long time since the new regulation came into force, and that we meet all requirements related to the processing of personal data of our customers, business partners and employees.

• We have carried out an in-depth review of the personal data that we currently process or administer and, in case of non-compliance with the GDPR, we have made corrections.
• Contracts that precisely specify and regulate data processing have been concluded with partners to whom we transfer personal data (e.g. tax advisors).
• Contracts that precisely specify and regulate data processing have been concluded with partners who provide us with personal data (e.g. clients)
• Internally, we have established new guidelines that regulate the way personal data is handled within Kralupol
• Holders of personal data will have the right to access their data processed and managed by Kralupol and will have the opportunity to object to their processing, or request the transfer/deletion of their personal data
